In a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b to terminate parental rightson the ground of permanent neglect, the mother appeals from an order of fact-finding anddisposition of the Family Court, Queens County (Tally, J.), dated November 8, 2010, which, aftera hearing, granted the petitioner's motion to revoke a suspended judgment of the same courtdated January 29, 2008, upon finding that she violated the terms of the suspended judgment,terminated her parental rights, and committed the guardianship and custody of the child jointly tothe petitioner and the Commissioner of Social Services of the City of New York for the purposeof adoption.

Ordered that the order of fact-finding and disposition is affirmed, without costs ordisbursements.

The Family Court properly found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the mother failedto comply with certain terms of a suspended judgment and, thus, properly granted the petitioner'smotion to revoke the suspended judgment, terminated the mother's parental rights, andcommitted guardianship and custody of the child jointly to the petitioner and the Commissionerof Social Services of the City of New York for the purpose of adoption (see Matter of Jahquavius W. [QuanteriaH.], 86 AD3d 576 [2011]; Matter of Savannah D. [Amanda D.], 77 AD3d 750 [2010]; Matter of Isabella D. [Harriet M.], 74AD3d 807 [2010]; Matter of RickyJoseph V., 24 AD3d 683, 684 [2005]). Skelos, J.P., Balkin, Leventhal and Hall, JJ.,concur.
