In related child protective proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the motherappeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of disposition of the Family Court,Kings County (Ruiz, J.), dated April 8, 2010, as released the subject children to the care of thefather under the supervision of the Administration for Children's Services for a period of sixmonths.
Ordered that the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
The mother's challenges to the order of disposition are academic inasmuch as the order hasexpired by its own terms and has been superseded by a subsequent final order awarding custodyof the subject children to the father (see Matter of Luis O. v Jessica S., 89 AD3d 735;[2011] [decided herewith]; Matter ofAlanie H., 83 AD3d 1066 [2011]; Matter of Jacob SS., 59 AD3d 825 [2009]; Matter of Andrew Y., 44 AD3d1063 [2007]).
