DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Oliver Hull on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 19, 2007, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated January 26, 2010, to amend the attorney appearance to reflect that he was of counsel on the appellant's briefs that were filed.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and opinion and order of this Court dated January 26, 2010, is amended by deleting the following attorney appearance:

"Rivkin Radler, LLP, Uniondale, N.Y. (Joseph Buzzell and Cheryl Korman of counsel), for appellant"

and substituting therefor the following attorney appearance:

"Rivkin Radler, LLP, Uniondale, N.Y. (Joseph Buzzell and Cheryl Korman of counsel [Oliver Hull former of counsel on the brief]), for appellant."
