In an action, inter alia, to recover a real estate broker's commission, the plaintiffappeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Marano, J.), dated June 5,2012, which granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing thecomplaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
The plaintiff's present contentions are raised for the first time on appeal and,therefore, are not properly before this Court (see Lopez v New York City Health &Hosps.
