Appeal from a judgment of the Oswego County Court (Donald E. Todd, J.), renderedDecember 15, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of murder in thesecond degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a plea of guilty ofmurder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [3]). Defendant's valid waiver ofthe right to appeal forecloses our review of his challenge to County Court's suppression ruling(see People v Kemp, 94 NY2d 831, 833 [1999]), and his challenge to the severity of thesentence (see People v Hidalgo, 91 NY2d 733, 737 [1998]).
