Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court,Suffolk County (John J. Toomey, Jr., J.), imposed August 1, 2016, on the ground that thesentence was excessive.

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.

The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes review of his contention that thesentence imposed was excessive (seePeople v Bryant, 28 NY3d 1094, 1096 [2016]; People v Sanders, 25 NY3d 337, 341-342 [2015]; People v Lopez, 6 NY3d 248, 257[2006]). Scheinkman, P.J., Mastro, Roman, LaSalle and Christopher, JJ., concur.
