The People of the State of New York, Respondent,
v
AlexCharlet, Appellant.

Paul Skip Laisure, New York, NY (Yvonne Shivers of counsel), for appellant.

Eric Gonzalez, District Attorney, Brooklyn, NY (Leonard Joblove and Gamaliel Marrerero ofcounsel; Marielle Burnett on the memorandum), for respondent.

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, KingsCounty (Elizabeth Foley, J.), imposed July 7, 2016, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that thesentence was excessive.

The defendant's valid waiver of the right to appeal (see People v Sanders, 25 NY3d 337 [2015]; People v Bradshaw, 18 NY3d 257,264-267 [2011]) precludes appellate review of his contention that his sentence was excessive (see People v Bodrick, 165 AD3d 692[2018]; People v Hallums, 158 AD3d819 [2018]; People v Martin, 158AD3d 777 [2018]; People v Lott,156 AD3d 817 [2017]). Leventhal, J.P., Austin, Roman, Maltese and Connolly, JJ., concur.
